Whether you’re attending a family reunion, organizing a school field trip, or traveling with your team to a sports event, our Group Travel program provides you extra flexibility and special, discounted air fares to help make your travel experience affordable, easy, and fun.

Our Group Travel Program gives you several unique benefits!
  • Obtain special discounted rates. Groups will receive access to special discounts off of our published fares available through our Reservation Center.
  • Take advantage of flexible fares. No Saturday-night stay requirements, no minimum stay requirements, and no blackout dates. You have the option to purchase refundable or nonrefundable fares (applicable rates apply).
  • Enjoy flexible payments. No money is needed up front to create a Group reservation.
  • Fly without extra fees. We don’t charge any booking fees, ticketing fees, or change fees before ticketing occurs. Note:changes to reservations may result in a change in fare but will not incur any additional fees/penalties.
  • Make unlimited name changes. We know organizing trips for large parties can be tricky, which is why we allow unlimited name changes up to 72 hours prior to departure.
  • New! Check in online. Groups can now check in online up to 24 hours prior to departure and reserve boarding positions. Note: You will still need to present your paper tickets at the airport to receive a boarding pass.
  • Earn free2 tickets. Earn one free ticket to be used on your Group’s itinerary for every 40th passenger booked on a Group reservation.

How does our Group Travel program work?

Here are some of the basics about the program. Complete rules, dates, and fare terms and conditions will be sent via email upon creating a reservation.

  • Call Group Reservations. To make a Group Travel booking or to inquire about our program, rates, and policies, please call toll-free 1 (800) 433-5368. Hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, Central Time.
  • Send in your Deposit. Depending on how far in advance you book, a ten percent deposit may be required to hold a reservation after the initial booking. Deposits will be applied toward your total balance. Note: credit cards are not accepted for deposits.
  • Submit Final Payment. Final payments are required to be made with a single payment by credit card, cashier's check, or travel agency check. To pay by credit card, please either call (214) 792-4658 or download, complete, and fax the Letter of Authorization3 to (214) 792-4793 on or before the final payment due date.

2 = Does not include federal excise tax of $3.70 per takeoff and landing, airport-assessed passenger facility charges (PFC) of up to $9, and government-imposed September 11th Security Fee of up to $5 one-way.
